How to Return Items

  • Get in Touch: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at contact@fityers.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back the item(s).

Returning Items

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Packaging: Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Getting Your Money Back

  • Processing Time: We strive to process refunds promptly, typically within 2 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Shipping Recommendations

For returns, we recommend using a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Proof of delivery to Fityers.com is required before a refund can be issued.

Gift Returns

  • If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you will receive a gift certificate once the returned item is received.
  • If the item was purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
